HOW TO USE THE TELEPHONE
SERVICE.

DECIDE WHAT QUESTIONS YOU WANT TO ASK YOUR COACH. Either use the
phone service as a follow-up to the answers your coach recorded on your
videotape, or use your phone conversation to ask any archery related questions.
Write down your questions so you don't forget to ask all of them on the phone.
DECIDE WHICH CONVERSATION LENGTH YOU WOULD LIKE. You can choose either 25 minutes or 50 minutes. |

FILL OUT THE TELEPHONE ORDER FORM. Specify when you would like to talk and give time parameters when you will be available. We at Fist, Inc. will make an appointment with your coach, and we will confirm the time with you by e-mail. Your coach's availability will be posted on his or her page. Pick a time slot when you are generally available. |

PAYING FOR TELEPHONE SERVICE. If you are using a credit card,
you can pay on our secure site and we will get you the first available
appointment time within your time parameters.
If you wish to pay by check, print out the order form and send it with your check to Fist, Inc., 35 York St., Brooklyn, N.Y. 11201. Please note that paying by check will delay confirmation of your appointment time. You may have to wait 2-3 weeks. |

WHEN YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME ARRIVES. We will give you an exact
time to call, calculating time zones so you don't call at the wrong time.
Collect calls will not be allowed. This time is reserved for you, and your
coach will be waiting for your call. Please be punctual. Lateness will not
be compensated with a time extension, as your coach will likely have booked
the next time slot. There will be no refunds for lost time when it is your
responsibility.
